Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of pumps to one unit alone, by selecting rotation of a motor in both c.w. and c.c.w. directions, and feeding a washer liquid in a way of selecting it to both front and rear sides. CONSTITUTION:When a washer liquid is fed to window glass at the front side, a motor 2 is rotated clockwise. If so, an impeller 4 is rotated clockwise as well, and thereby pressure is produced in two discharge ports, but with relation to the rotational direction and these discharge ports, high pressure is produced there by oneside of these discharge ports. This pressure is conducted to inflow ports 9A and 9B of a selector valve 7, and since the inflow port 9A becomes higher pressure than the inflow port 9B, a float valve 8 is forcedly pressed to the side of the inflow port 9B, closing the inflow port 9B and an outflow port 10B. And, the washer liquid flows into an operating chamber from the inflow port 9A, and it is fed to a washer nozzle 11A at the front side from an outflow port 10A through a hose 24.
