Abstract:
To provide a cover in which a washer plate and the cover are integrated and controlling the thickness is not necessary.
Two sheets of the surface cover and a back cover which are articles 3 and 3 connecting the covers 2 and 2 to washer plates 1 and 1 in which punch holes are opened with a paper, a fabric or a vinyl sheet, are prepared. Wire-containing strings 4 and 4 are passed through the punch holes between two sheets to pinch papers 5 and 5, and the wire-containing strings are pulled to the center and are bound to obtain a filer for binding papers on which the punch holes are opened and loose-leaf papers.
