The washer-shaped anchor element 11 has a guide opening 12 for the shaft, and is provided with at least one smoothing cutoff part 13 opening toward the guide opening 12 and positioned outside in the radial direction of this guide opening 12. The grooved contour is suitably arranged on the outer peripheral edge 14 of the anchor element 11, and this grooved contour is formed of a cutout 15. At least one through-port 17 for a hardenable substance 43 is also suitably arranged in the anchor element 11.
