Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and ensure the initial thread-mount operation of a nut by providing a washer having a projection entered in a groove part in a grooved bolt and the nut rotatably attached to the washer.
SOLUTION: A nut 110 forms a seat part 11 by enlarging its one end face and allows a screw hole 112 to penetrate axially. A groove is cut in the circumferential direction in the seat part 111 side in the angular circumference. A washer 120 is provided with an enlarged part 122 formed by enlarging its one part into a fan shape. The enlargement part 122 is formed to have a sufficient area for a drop receiver of a member assembled in the circumference of a washer 100. A holding member 130 is constituted of a holding part 131 for holding the nut 110, a level difference part 132, and a fitting part 133. Because the washer is attached to the nut, the nut and the washer are inserted in the bolt all together so that the initial thread-mount operation of the nut can be executed by the both hands and the thread-mount operation of the nut can be facilitated and ensured.
