Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer capable of reducing a frictional torque while assuring a load capacity.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a washer 100 having a sliding surface 1 for receiving a force of a rotating shaft 200 in an axial direction. The sliding surface 1 includes a tapered part 10 inclined in such a way that its depth becomes larger as it is faced toward an opposite direction to that of the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 200. The tapered part 10 is formed in such a way that its depth at an outer periphery becomes larger than that of the inner periphery. In addition, the tapered part 10 includes an inner peripheral side slant part 11 and an outer peripheral side slant part 12 of which depths may become deeper as they face in a direction opposite to that of the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 200. The outer peripheral slant part 12 is positioned at the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral side slant part 11 and at the same time formed in such a way that a slant angle of the rotating shaft 200 in its rotating direction may become larger than that of the inner peripheral side slant part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
