To provide a system which is capable of appropriately managing collection from a customer, arrival at a washing work place, shipping from the washing work place and delivery to the customer and enables the customer to easily receive a laundry collection and delivery service, and to provide a system applicable to the new service of washing daily clothes or the like with water.
The washing agent management system 1 is communicably connected with a customer terminal 3, a work place terminal 5 in a washing work place, and a collection and delivery person terminal 7 of a collection and delivery person. An order processing part 11 inputs data by communication with the customer terminal 3 to generate washing order data and stores them in a washing order data storage part 29. A collection and delivery request processing part 13 generates collection request data for requesting collection to the collection and delivery person and delivery request data on the basis of the washing order data, and transmits them to the collection and delivery person terminal. A work place contact processing part 15 generates washing work reporting data for reporting the information of the arrival and shipping of a laundry container to the washing work place on the basis of the washing order data and transmits them to the work place terminal.
