PURPOSE: To safely and simply operate a washing apparatus by providing rails extending behind a washing tank to both inside ends of the upper part of the washing tank and providing the freely rotatable rollers engaged with the rails to a lid.
CONSTITUTION: Rails 11 are provided to both inside ends of the upper part of a washing tank 3 so as to extend to the rear part of the washing tank 3 and a handle is provided to the front upper surface of a lid 8 and the rollers 12 engaged with the rails 11 are respectively arranged to both side parts of the rear thereof. The rollers 12 are engaged with the rails 11 to slide the lid 8 before and behind to open and close the lid 8. By opening and closing the lid 8 in a drawer system, an operation panel 2 can be operated even in such a state that the lid 8 is opened and it is unnecessary to carry the lid 8 being a heavy object. The lid 8 is engaged to be not opened during washing.
