Title:
CASTER WHOSE LOADING SUPPORT GOES STRAIGHT ON WITHOUT MOVING RIGHT AND LEFT IN REVERSE ADVANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3185078
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To dissolve moving of a caster loading support right and left taking place when a caster makes reverse advance and prevent abrasion & break of wheels by smooth advance.
CONSTITUTION: A wheel shaft 4 with about 68° deflection angle to a fulcrum pedestal and a fork 3 & a fulcrum bearing 2 which are eccentric to a rotary axis of the fork, are constituted in double excentricity, and the bearing rotates along the racing core of the pedestal. Therefore, the caster of the fork 3 rotates by itself within a range of about 0-30° in travelling and shows caster-effect function, and concerning caster-effect over 30°, the pedestal 1 does not move due to movement of a wheel 5 itself by eccentric rate, because the fulcrum bearing 2 revolves along the racing core face of the pedestal 1. Consequently this caster has effect that the loading support goes straight on without moving right and left in its reverse movement.
