To provide a washing brush having high cleaning property of synthetic resin-made fiber, cloth and film-like resin composition, and high durability of synthetic resin-made foam.

In the washing brush for cleaning stains adhered to a surface to be cleaned, the cleaning brush comprises a pedestal, a channel brush and a stopper piece. The channel brush consists of a brush piece, a core wire and a strip-like body. The brush piece consists of a double structure formed of a non-woven textile of a predetermined shape and porous polyurethane having very small foams, and a synthetic resin foam material of a predetermined shape. The double structure consisting of the non-woven textile of the predetermined shape and porous polyurethane having very small foams and the synthetic resin-made foam material of the predetermined shape overlap each other, and held by the core wire and the strip-like body to form the channel brush. The channel brush is wound around the pedestal and fixed to the stopper piece.
