Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device of a railway vehicle part which can automatically and accurately wash a railway vehicle part, and can reduce a load applied to an atmosphere by maximally reducing a volume of a cleaning agent for use.SOLUTION: A washing device 1 of a railway vehicle part comprises: a cleaning agent tank 3 which stores a cleaning agent; a cleaning liquid tank 4 which stores a cleaning liquid; a turntable 60 which is arranged in an accommodation part 2, and rotates an in-railway vehicle part; spray means 61 which sprays the cleaning agent into the accommodation part 2 in a mist state; and blow means 62 which makes the cleaning liquid blow against the railway vehicle part. After the lapse of a prescribed reaction time Tafter a mist M of the cleaning agent is filled into the accommodation part 2 by spraying the cleaning agent from the spray means 61 in the mist state in a state that the railway vehicle part is rotated at a prescribed rotation speed by the rotation of the turntable 60, the cleaning liquid is made to blow against the railway vehicle part from the blow means 62, and the contamination and the cleaning agent adhering to the railway vehicle part are washed away by the cleaning liquid.
