The washing and disinfecting apparatus 2 for the endoscope comprises: a water discharge port 18 provided on a washing tub 12, an external water discharge port 50 for discharging washing water to the outside and a water discharge path 51 for connecting them; a solution discharge port 19 provided to the washing tub 12, an external solution discharge port 48 for discharging the disinfectant solution to the outside and a solution discharge path 49 for connecting them, which are provided separately from the waster discharge port 18, the external water discharge port 50 and the water discharge path 51; a disinfectant solution recovery path 45 for connecting a disinfectant solution tank 43 for storing the disinfectant solution and the solution discharge path 49; and a second solenoid valve 4 for switching the flow path of the disinfectant solution to the solution discharge path 49 and the disinfectant solution recovery path 45. Since the route of discharging the washing water and the route of discharging the disinfectant solution are provided separately, the washing water and the disinfectant solution are not mixed at the common part of the route.
