This washing filter 10 is provided with a filter medium 11 formed by folding back zigzag and annularly winding; an outer mesh part 13 covering the outer peripheral face of the filter medium 11; an inner mesh part 14 covering the inner peripheral face of the filter medium 11; a main ventilation passage 15 formed in a hollow part in the inner mesh part 14; and a filter folding-back part fixing part 20 formed over the circumference on the outer peripheral face of the outer mesh part 13. The filter medium 11 is formed by impregnating acrylic resin layer into the surface of nonwoven fabric, and the outer mesh part 13 and inner mesh part 14 are formed of aluminum serving as a rust preventive. The filter folding-back part fixing part 20 is formed by welding hot melt and fixes respective ventilation passages with an equal space by inserting protruded parts into the ventilation passage of the filter medium 11.
