Notches continuous in the peripheral direction are formed along the inside edge of the annular face. A protrusion 96 capable of coming into face contact with a bushing end continuously in the peripheral direction is formed at the top face 95, in a filling head packing 94 to be mounted on the filling head of a barrel filling machine for filling a beverage. A groove 100 communicating with the outside of the filling head from the gap in a spiral part between the metal cap and the bushing is formed.
