PURPOSE: To prevent a blow-off port from being clogged with wax by making a moving piece, in a housing in a condition where washing liquid is not supplied, to be forced by a spring means to accommodate a nozzle part.

CONSTITUTION: Moving pieces 5, 6 are generally forced to a capping member 3 by a compression spring 8 and a valve part 6b is fitted into a washing liquid inlet port 3b to make a protrusion 3a come into contact with a packing 7. At the same time, a nozzle member 5 is stored in a housing 9 and a blow-off port 4a is also stored in a vehicle body 1. After washing liquid is fed out to housings 2, 3, washing liquid pushes up the valve part 6b by its liquid pressure, so that the packing 7 is raised up from the protrusion 3a, and through a clearance generated there, washing liquid goes into the housings 2, 3. After the moving pieces 5, 6 moves by a fixed amount and the blow-off port 4a appears outside the vehicle body, washing liquid passes through communicating holes 6a, 5a and is sprayed over a front windows and so forth.
