PURPOSE: To prevent a flow of large current in a rotary degree detecting circuit by providing a control device outputting a drive signal in the point of time with a detection signal input from the rotary degree detecting circuit and a switch element energizing a washer motor by the drive signal to start dewatering operation.
CONSTITUTION: A triode AC switch (TRIAC) 33, when it inputs a signal from a microcomputer 35, is turned on, energizing a stator coil 23b, and an output shaft 23a is rotated in a direction of an arrow head B. Thus rotating even a rewinding roller 24 in the same direction, because a wire 26 is rewound, a lever 19 is turned in a direction opposite to an arrow head A against tension of a compression coil spring 18, releasing a ratchet tooth 21a from its stopping while a rotary tank 3 from its brake by loosening a brake band 22, further a drain valve 13 is opened by pulling its valve unit 16. When a switch 27 detects the drain valve 13 to be completely opened, a detection signal is input to the microcomputer 35 by a rotary degree detecting circuit 36, and a TRIAC 29, on-off controlling a washing motor 5, is turned on. Accordingly, a flow of large current is prevented in the switch 27 of the rotary degree detecting circuit 36.
