Abstract:
A laundry machine (1) comprises: an outer tank (20); an inner tank (30) that is provided within the outer tank (20) so as to be in communication with the interior of the outer tank (20); and a circulation path (70) that is connected to the outer tank (20) so as to be able to circulate water within the outer tank (20). Also provided are a circulation pump (90) that forms a flow of water in the circulation path (70), a drive unit (120) that provides drive in order to agitate water within the inner tank (30), and a control device (150) that controls the circulation pump (90) and the drive unit (120). The control device (150) causes the circulation pump (90) and the drive unit (120) to provide drive during a water supply period, said water supply period being from when a supply of water into the inner tank (30) from a water supply source begins until the water level of the inner tank (30) reaches a laundry water level.
