Abstract:
To make it possible to further reduce consumption of tap water by using water from a source other than the tap water as much as possible.
A washing machine comprises: a water tank used for washing of the laundry; tap water supply means supplying tap water into the water tank; and a pump for water supply supplying water of an outside source other than the tap water into the water tank. Current-carrying time to the pump for water supply is multiplied, and operation of the pump for water supply is made possible until the multiplied time reaches a setting time set in advance.
