Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a washing machine while securing packing performance in a packaged condition upon product transportation.SOLUTION: A lower packing member 6 made of foamed polystyrene and holding a water tank unit 1 from below in a packed condition upon product transportation comprises a balance weight receiving projection part 8 receiving the lower surface of a balance weight 3 from below and a water tank receiving projection part 7 provided in a projecting manner and receiving a water tank lower surface rib part 2 from below. The water tank receiving projection part 7 has constitution in which a receiving part 12 inserted into the rib space part 11 and receiving the outer bottom face of a water tank 22, and a groove part 13 inserted into a rib part 10 and receiving the rib part 10 are formed. With the constitution, a holding constitution of the water tank unit 1 as a vibration system is simplified in the packed condition upon product transportation, and the production cost can be reduced while securing the packing performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
