Abstract:
To provide a washing machine capable of decelerating a washing tub in a short time without generating unnecessary noise.SOLUTION: A washing machine W of this invention comprises an outer tub 37, a washing tub 35 provided in the outer tub 37, a motor for applying a rotational force to the washing tub 35, a first control unit for controlling the motor, a linear actuator 10 connected to the outer tub 37, a second control unit for controlling the linear actuator 10, and a DC power source commonly used by the first control unit and the second control unit. The second control unit controls a current flowing through the linear actuator 10 so that the length of the linear actuator may be reduced or extended during the deceleration operation of the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
