PURPOSE: To correctly and quickly stop an inner tub at the fixed position where the opening of a case main body and the inlet/outlet of the inner tub match by providing a control means which rotates a tub driving motor at a low speed to rotate the inner tub at a low speed and cuts off the excitation of the tub driving motor to stop the inner tub at the fixed position when a detector detects the second detected object.

CONSTITUTION: The interval from the second magnet 106 to the first magnet 104 is set with the distance used as a yardstick that the second magnet 106 reaches the vicinity of an inner tub position sensor 105 after the first magnet 104 passes the inner tub position sensor 105 serving as a detector made of a hole element and an inner tub driving motor 51 is stopped and an inner tub 30 is moved by inertia while the laundry of a load quantity presumably used normally to shorten the low-speed rotating time after the inertial rotation of the inner tub 80 to the extent possible is stored in the inner tub 30 and the inner tub 30 is positively rotated. The program to control the whole operation of a dehydration-drying washing machine, a memory 107 to store the set data of the operating time such as washing, rinsing, dehydration and drying and a timer 108 are stored in a central processing unit 111.
