PURPOSE: To reduce noise generated in running by providing a fluid filled section including the peripheral side part and bottom part of an outer tank filled wholly with the fluid.

CONSTITUTION: A fluid filled section 11 having the peripheral side part and bottom part of a water receiving tank 1 filled wholly with water is provided so that the wall thickness of the water receiving tank 1 is enlarged and the water receiving tank 1 becomes difficult to resonate to sound, i.e., vibration, and absorbs the vibration. Since the fluid filled section 11 is then filled with liquid, i.e., water, the water acts as a damper for absorbing vibration so that the vibration is further liable to be absorbed. Thus, in running, particularly in dehydrating running, even if the vibration of a motor 6 and a rotary tank 3 rotating with high speed is transmitted to the water receiving tank 1, the vibration is absorbed by the water receiving tank 1 having the thick wall, so that generated noise can be reduced.
