Compressed air from a compressor 26 is supplied to the air intake 50a of a solenoid valve 50 for compressed air control and compressed air from the outlet 50b (50c) is supplied to the air intake 51a (51b) of a switch 51. Compressed air from the outlet 51c (51d) of the switch 51 is supplied to the air intake 8c (8d) of a door lock cylinder 8a. During washing operation or in the case of a power failure, the solenoid valve 50 for compressed air control is cut off in current conduction and the air intake 50a and outlet 50b communicate with each other. While the washing operation is not carried out, the said solenoid valve 50 is energized and the air intake 50a and outlet 50c communicate with each other. When operation for locking the switch 51 is done, the air intake 51a and outlet 51c, and the air intake 51b and outlet 51d communicate with each other respectively and when operation for unlocking the switch is done, the air intake 51a and outlet 51d communicate with each other.
