PURPOSE: To provide the washing method for fabricated products, the washing method for resin molding and the process for production of the resin moldings in such a manner that there are no problems of a waste water treatment even if washing water is used.
CONSTITUTION: A washing device 10 consists of 1st, 2nd degreasing tanks 11, 13 for executing washing and rinsing stages, 1st, 2nd recovering tanks 12, 14, 1st, 2nd rinsing tanks 15, 16 for executing rinsing stage, a pure water tank 77, a draining tank 18 for executing a draining stage, a drying tank 19 for executing a drying stage, a tank 20 and a 1st pump 21, and a 2nd pump 22 for supplying the washing water discharged from the 2nd degreasing tank 13 to a washing water supplying chamber 44. A concentrating device 40 functions to separate the washing water generated from the washing and rinsing stages to the concd. liquid of the detergent and steam so as to reutilize the concd. liquid of the detergent in the washing and rinsing stage and to release the steam into the atm. and consists of an atm. heating chamber 41, a concd. liquid supplying chamber 43, a separating chamber 43, a washing water supplying chamber 44, and a steam releasing chamber 45.
