Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart good washing finish properties to the object to be washed laminated in such a manner that at least a part of layers can be in close contact with one another through an oil film.
SOLUTION: When washing the object 2 to be washed laminated in such a manner that at least a part of layer is in close contact with one another, the object 2 to be washed in a laminated state hits a shifting jig 15 having a rugged part 15a formed upwards along the laminated surface. The shifting jig 15 having the rugged part 15a is installed around the bottom part of a cleaning tank 11(12), or in the bottom part of a washing basket 1 in which the object 2 is housed. By oscillating the washing basket 1, the object 2 is washed while the laminated state of the object 2 is shifted from its initial state in accordance with the shape of the rugged part 15a of the shifting jig 15 or while the laminated state of the object to be washed 2 is shifted in accordance with the shape of the rugged part 15a by housing the object 2 in the washing basket 1 provided with the shifting jig 15 in the bottom part.
