The washing place floor includes: a base material formed of a hard material and having a wall mount part; a surface material formed of a hard material, having a thick part and a thin part, and being laminated on the base with an outer end portion of the thick part being disposed in the vicinity of a wall panel; an elastically deformable cushion layer laminated between the base material and the thick part; and a seal part which water-tightly seals between the outer end portion of the thick part and the wall panel. The thin part is formed in a flexible thickness, the thick part is formed thicker than the thin part, and its bottom surface is laminated on the upper surface of the base material.
