An opening window 13 is formed in a non-woven fabric layer 11 which is laminated and integrated on one side of a sponge layer 21 formed of soft polyurethane foam from which a cell membrane is removed. The letters or the pattern 26 are formed by silk screen printing or ink jet printing on the surface 25 of the sponge layer 21 positioned inside the window 13. Thereby, a printed part inside the window 13 of the non-woven fabric layer 11 does not come into contact with a dish or the like when the non-woven fabric layer 11 of the washing sponge is used by rubbing on the dish or the like.
