Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that sterilization has been insufficient in a conventional diaper exchange procedure in which a care-giver only wipes a care-receiver with a wet towel after removing the care-receiver's diaper.SOLUTION: A care-receiver's head is directed to the rear end of an outer case, and the care-receiver is caused to lie on his/her back on a bed with his/her legs stretched and placed outside the outer case. A care-giver removes the diaper, washes an anal and a shaded part with a detergent, and can wash away the detergent and the contamination with warm water. All the warm water that has been run is accumulated in a plastic bag.
