Abstract:
To provide a washing tank which can suppress reattachment of dust to an object to be washed pulled up from the washing tank.
The washing tank 3 for washing the object to be washed 2 has, at its top end side, an outflow part 30 where a washing solution, in which the object to be washed 2 is immersed, flows out. The outflow part 30 has a curved surface part 28c formed in a curved surface shape with deformation spreading to an outer peripheral side when going toward the top end of the washing tank 3. In the washing tank 3, dust floating on a washing solution surface can easily flows out from the washing tank 3 along the curved surface part 28c to raise removal effect of dust in the washing tank 3.
