Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing treatment method for chlorine component- containing waste capable of reducing quantity of energy required for evaporating a liquid component in a chlorine component recovery process by enhancing the concentration of the chlorine component in a filtrate after the washing treatment of chlorine component-containing waste with water and capable of removing the chlorine component by efficiently washing the waste with water using a relatively small-sized apparatus.
SOLUTION: The washing treatment method for chlorine component containing waste includes a process for kneading waste such as chlorine bypass dust or the like and slurrying water using a kneader 1 to prepare a slurry and a process for filtering the slurry by a drum filter 2. After these processes are again repeated using a kneader 3 and a drum filter 4, a filtered-off cake is washed with washing water from a water sprinkler 5. The filtrate obtained by the drum filter 2 can be repeatedly circulated as the slurrying water in the kneader 1 through a filter tank 7 to be used. By this constitution, the concentration of the chlorine component in the filtrate can be increased.
