Abstract:
A washing water generating device (1) includes a water receiving unit (11) that receives tap water, an electrolysis unit (12) that generates electrolyzed water using the tap water that has been received, and a washing water supply unit (15). The washing water supply unit (15) supplies the electrolyzed water generated by the electrolysis unit (12) and tap water as washing water to a washing device (2). The washing device (2) carries out washing operations for food products selectively with a plurality of washing patterns each corresponding to the type of washing water supplied by the washing water supply unit (15).
