To provide a washing water tank device and a flush toilet bowl with the same, wherein the washing water tank device can suppress pressing operation force at a time of initial movement when pressing an operation button, and can efficiently transmit the pressing operation force of the operation button from linear motion of an operation rod to rotational motion of a conversion mechanism.SOLUTION: A washing water tank device 1 of the present invention comprises a water storage tank 22, a washing water supply mechanism 28, and an operating device 32, wherein the operating device has operation parts 70, 72 including operation buttons 70a, 72a and operation rods 70c, 72c, and a conversion mechanism 74 including a rotational motion part 76 that converts the linear motion of the operation rod into the rotational motion and transmits the rotational motion to a drive part 66 of the washing water supply mechanism, the operation part has contact parts 70e, 72e that come into contact with the contacted parts 76b, 76c of the rotational motion part of the conversion mechanism, and the contact parts transmit a pressing operation force F1 input from the operation buttons in a state of being in contact with the contacted parts of the rotational motion part to the rotational motion part along a rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
