To provide a washstand system that has excellent user-friendliness and facilitates makeup application.
The washstand system includes: a washstand having a bowl part; a storage body that is installed in the upper part of the bowl part to form a storage part; a mirror that is journaled in a manner freely opened/closed in the front of the storage body; and a lighting device that is installed in the upper part of the storage body and that uses a light emitting diode as the light source. The system is characterized in that it further includes: an elevating/lowering cabinet which is freely vertically movable between an upper position arranged when not in use and a lower position arranged when in use and which has a holder for manually lowering from the upper position to the lower position; and an avoidance means with which interference is avoided between the holder and the mirror when the mirror is opened, while interference occurs in the side view between the holder in use and the mirror in the horizontal direction at the upper end and in the forward extension.
