Abstract:
To provide a washstand which can be also used for purposes other than washing face or hands.
A washstand comprises a washbowl 5 with a faucet 4 between side boards 3 and 3 provided left and right in a cabinet 2 and a cover 6 (26, 26) for freely opening and closing an opening S between the sideboards 3 and 3. As a result, the washstand can be used for washing face or hands when the opening S is not covered with the cover 6, and the upper surface of the cover 6 can be used for other purposes such as a stillage when the opening S is covered with the cover 6.
