PURPOSE: To have reasonable layout by allowing a decoration board, which is formed at the back of a floor cabinet, to constitute a partitioning member, and thereby permitting a washstand itself to work as a partition for a living space in one-room structure.

CONSTITUTION: A living space in one-room structure is composed of a dining space 1, bed space 2, powder space 3, and bathroom 4, wherein the bed space 2 and powder space 3 are partitioned by a washstand 5. This washstand 5 is fitted with a floor cabinet 51, a pair of washbowls 53 installed on a top plate 52, a decoration board 54 at the back of the floor cabinet constituting a partitioning member having a decoration surface over the exterior surface and enclosing the whole back face throughout the length along the frontstage, and a pair of a toilet mirrors 55 installed upright behind the washbowls. Because the decoration board 54 of the floor cabinet 51 constitutes a partitioning member, the washstand 5 itself works as a partition for the living space in one-room structure, which provides a reasonable layout.
