PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat both a resin and a carbon fiber in waste CFRP with a simple method at low cost.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 1 of waste carbon fiber-reinforced plastic includes a supply device 11 for supplying waste carbon fiber-reinforced plastic W to a cement firing apparatus 2, and a circulation route for returning carbon fiber-containing dusts C1 to C3, and F1 and F2 contained in gases G1, G7 discharged or extracted from the cement firing apparatus 2, to the cement firing apparatus 2, where the circulation route can return the carbon fiber-containing dusts C1, F1 contained in exhaust gas G1 of a preheater 2c of the cement firing apparatus 2 to the cement firing apparatus 2, and can return the carbon fiber-containing dusts C2, C3 and F2 contained in the extraction gas G7 from a kiln exhaust gas flow channel from a kiln tail of a cement kiln 2a of the cement firing apparatus 2 to a lowermost cyclone thereof, to the cement firing apparatus 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
