To solve the problem that a waste cleaning liquid for an ink roller cannot be sometimes transferred only by suction using a cyclone, because of high viscosity of the waste cleaning liquid, on ground that a waste-cleaning-liquid recovery unit of a printing machine has the defect of sucking in the low-viscosity waste cleaning liquid and of making the high-viscosity waste cleaning liquid left behind, when the waste-cleaning-liquid recovery unit sucking in the waste cleaning liquid by using the cyclone sucks in the two kinds of waste cleaning liquids different in viscosity.

An ejector mechanism, which is mounted midway through piping, allows the waste liquid to be sucked in from an inlet of an ejector and ejected from an outlet of the ejector, so as to enable the sure transfer of the waste liquid.
