A waste disposal device comprises a heating chamber 20 which surrounds a carbonizing vessel 21 for housing waste, a heating chamber outlet opened in the heating chamber 20, a heating chamber inlet 26 facing the heating chamber 20 corresponding to the substantially central part of the bottom surface of the carbonizing vessel 21 and a heating means 27 corresponding to the heating chamber inlet 26. Then, the heating means 27 starts a combustion. Generated combustion gas is mixed with air jetted from an air injection port 33 to form heating gas in a carbonizing and combustion chamber 28. The heating gas entering from the heating chamber inlet 26 to the heating chamber 20 collides with the substantially central part of the bottom surface of the carbonizing vessel 21 to heat to a high load. Then, the heating gas flows toward the heating chamber outlet 24 to heat the side surface of the carbonizing vessel 21. As a result, the waste B comes into contact with the bottom surface of the highest temperature in the carbonizing vessel 21, so that the waste is efficiently heated due to a thermal conduction.
