To obtain a waste disposal plant, such as an isolated type final waste disposal plant, which drastically reduces the volume of leaching water requiring treatment for the purpose of releasing to public water basins and reduces a management cost by classifying and collecting rainwater and leaching water.
This waste disposal plant is provided with leaching water drainage channels 3 which are divided to plural blocks by barriers 2 and are opened on the upper side to the one end side of the respective blocks Z and rainwater drainage channels 4 which are installed along these leaching water drainage channels 3 and are opened on the upper side. The each block is movably provided with roofs 30 which cover the upper parts of the blocks and have rainwater collecting pipes for collecting the falling rain and introducing the same to the rainwater drainage channels 4. Rainwater guiding caps 10, 11 adapted to face the upper surfaces of the openings of the rainwater drainage channels 4 are attachably and detachably disposed atop the openings of the leaching water drainage channels 3. The plant is thus so constituted that the rainwater and leaching water discharged from the respective blocks may be respectively classified and collected.
