Abstract:
To accurately make an actual low calorific value actually obtained, closer to a target low calorific value to be set as a target.SOLUTION: A waste drying device 3 dries waste prior to charging it into a combustion chamber 41 in a waste incineration facility 1. The waste drying device 3 comprises a dryer 32 and a controller 31. Waste prior to its incineration is charged into the dryer 32, and the waste is dried under vacuum. An actual low calorific value, i.e., a low calorific value of waste having been actually incinerated in the combustion chamber 41 is inputted to the controller 31, and the dryer 32 is controlled according to a target low calorific value, which is a low calorific value having been set in advance and the actual low calorific value. Thereby, the actual low calorific value can accurately be made closer to the target low calorific value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
