Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently attain the remote control of the service program of a central system.

CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a first service processor connected through a network, and a maintaining device 40 with a channel connected with a central system 4. A service processor 1 is connected through a service console switch 30 to a maintenance service console (RMS) 6 and a remote service console(RSC) 5. Each service processor and each console includes an operating system program, supervisor program, and at least one of service programs, one called a 'body program' provided with a program algorithm in one application and the other called a 'presentation program' provided with an interface between users enabling window display with a menu bar at the other application.
