To provide a waste gas treatment method capable of purifying a waste gas including harmful substances, and releasing the same to atmospheric air without using expensive complicated equipment.

In a raw waste treatment system 100, exhaust gases from a heat exchanger 6 and a gas engine 10 are distributed to an exhaust treatment tower 7. A ZET gas burner 72 is disposed in a heat chamber 71 of the exhaust treatment tower 7, and the exhaust passing therethrough is burned at an ultrahigh temperature of 1,000 to 4,000C while being exposed to a ZET gas flame, so that the harmful substances included therein are eliminated and the exhaust gases are purified. The exhaust gases after purification are cooled at a cooling tower 30 and released to the atmospheric air.
