Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gasification melting device and method capable of preventing temperature drop at a main tuyere and adhesion of unmelted material thereby to stabilize coke combustion.SOLUTION: In a waste gasification melting device, at the upper part of a vertical type waste gasification melting furnace 1 configured to thermally decompose, gasify and combust waste and melt residual ash content, a waste input port 2 is provided; at the lower part thereof, a melted material cinder notch 4 is provided; and at an upper position of the cinder notch 4, provided is a main tuyere 5 for blowing oxygen-containing gas into the furnace. The main tuyere 5 is provided with an air blow-in pipe 5A for blowing air or oxygen-enriched air into the furnace, and an oxygen blow-in pipe 5B for blowing oxygen into the furnace. The oxygen blow-in pipe 5B is arranged outside the air blow-in pipe 5A so as to be parallel with the air blow-in pipe 5A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
