Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gasification melting furnace capable of stably performing a waste treatment and reducing a carbon solid fuel.SOLUTION: A waste gasification melting furnace 10 includes: a shaft unit 2 drying and pyrolyzing waste; a melting furnace unit 4 including an opening portion 46 that is provided on an upper side and to which the pyrolyzed waste and a carbon-based solid fuel are supplied and a tuyere 42 that is provided on a furnace bottom and to which oxygen-enriched air for combustion is blown; and a communication unit 5 coupling a bottom-side opening portion 23 of the shaft unit 2 with the upper-side opening portion 46. The waste gasification melting furnace 10 includes: charge-quantity regulation means regulating a charge quantity of the carbon-based solid fuel; quantity-supplied regulation means 47 regulating a quantity of the oxygen-enriched air supplied; and a control unit that controls regulation quantities and regulation timing of the charge-quantity regulation means and the quantity-supplied regulation means 47 depending on an actual value of the charge amount of the waste.
