Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gasifying and direct melting treatment device at low cost for dehumidifying oxygen-enriched air and supplying the dehumidified air into a waste gasifying and direct melting furnace using coke as fuel so as to reduce usage of the coke.SOLUTION: A dehumidifier comprises: adsorption towers A and B containing adsorbent; dehumidifying means 40 feeding air to the adsorption tower A; and regenerating means 50 supplying heating gas to the adsorption tower B. The regenerating means 50 includes: a first heat exchanger 61 heating a part of dry air from the adsorption tower A by heat exchange with a heat medium, and preparing the heating gas; a second heat exchanger 62 heating the heat medium by heat exchange with exhaust gas from a gasifying and direct melting furnace 10; and a heat medium circulation path 63 circulating the heat medium.
