Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste-heat control system of an off-set rotary press which reduces fuel consumption by circulating waste-heat.SOLUTION: A waste-heat control system of an off-set rotary press deodorizes exhaust gas from a dryer 2 by a deodorization apparatus 3, and circulates deodorized purification air in the dryer 2 via a circulation air amount adjustment damper 10. According to the system, during at least stable drying operation, an output setting value of a burner 22a of the dryer 2 is linked with a divergence setting value of the circulation air amount adjustment damper 10 so as to adjust heating power of the burner 22a of the dryer 2 and divergence of the circulation air amount adjustment damper 10, thereby controlling a temperature in the dryer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
