Title:
WASTE INCINERATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3394487
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a waste incinerating device to prevent discharge of a toxic material through efficient re-combustion of unburnt gas occasioned by combustion of waste, though a conventional waste incinerating device has only an air blower fed to one spot or blown up from a position below waste, and there is a fear of incomplete combustion occurring due to the occurrence of partial shortage in air.
SOLUTION: A waste incinerating device 1 comprises an incinerating chamber 2 to charge waste X, an air pipe 8 in which a number of jet holes 9 are drilled at intervals of a distance in an axial direction, and an air supply means 3 to supply air to the air pipe 8. The air pipes 8 are erected in columnar manner in the incinerating chamber 2, combustion is performed in a way that air is injected in a shower manner through the jet holes 9 toward the waste X. Further, by injecting in a shower manner air through the air pipe 8 toward the middle stage of the incinerating chamber 2, unburnt gas and air are mixed together to perform re-combustion.
