PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid tank for an image formation device which has a structure for reducing leakage of a waste liquid of an ink when the waste liquid tank is inclined, and to provide the image formation device using the waste liquid tank.SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 28 having a shape extending toward the interior of a waste liquid tank 19 in a tank longitudinal direction is provided at a waste liquid introduction port 23 of the waste liquid tank 19. When the waste liquid tank 19 is inclined and a waste liquid Ik of an ink flows into the waste liquid introduction port 23, the waste liquid Ik of the ink is dammed by the cylindrical part 28. Thus, the waste liquid Ik of the ink is less likely to leak to the exterior from the waste liquid introduction port 23.
