Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a stable effluent treatment without releasing pollutants outward.SOLUTION: A treatment system 1 comprises: a treatment apparatus 10; a spray dryer 20; and a scrubber 40. The effluent D of an effluent source 19 is initially pretreated by the treatment apparatus 10 so as to adjust the pH thereof within slightly acidic to slightly alkaline realms. The pretreated effluent D is dried by the spray dryer 20, and solid particles are recovered. Since the exhaust gas of the spray dryer 20 is treated by the scrubber 40, the exhaust gas does not leak out of the treatment system 1 even if solid components, etc. are mixed therewith. The effluent D is not fed into the spray dryer 20 or scrubber 40 directly but is treated by the treatment apparatus 10 and then transmitted to another apparatus, and therefore, no apparatus damages occur. The powder recovered after the treatment can be reused directly or after having been post-treated.
