To provide a waste material processing device in which some waste materials containing moisture therein (such as internal organs of fishes or domestic animals or residual rices or the like) can be processed down to such a form as one suitable for convenient treatment without radiating any bad odor around the surrounding atmosphere and further of which operation can be easily carried out.

Some waste material containing moisture therein are fed into a processing container 1 and heated at a heating section 7 while being agitated by an agitating vane 10. Surrounding air is fed into a processing container l from a motor fan 48 through a pipe 32, a hollow chamber 6 and a blower 36, and then air in the processing container is discharged to the surrounding atmosphere through a filter 18, a pipe 30, a blower 42 and a primary deodorizing section 46 or the like. After the waste materials containing moisture therein are dried under this processing, the feeding of the surrounding atmosphere is stopped and the heating operation is continued, resulting in that some waste materials containing moisture therein are changed into carbon to form some fine powder-like chacoals. Since air discharged during the steps of these processings is deodorized at the deodorizing section, no bad odor is radiated to the surrounding atmosphere. Since the final processed products become some fine powder of chacoals, they may be easily handled and even if they are deposited, they may not contaminate environment at all.
