To provide a simple waste newspaper accommodation binding box with a fine appearance, which is attached with a processing device for binding and post-binding processes to obtain a function to easily process a waste newspaper.

The waste newspaper accommodation biding box has the function for arranging a band for binding in advance, without taking the band out of the box. Concave parts 12 are formed in cross-sectional surfaces of center portions of upper parts of a box-shaped four-side frame 13 of the box, and hook pins 14 are attached to the concave parts to easily arrange the band without being taken out. Further, in order to easily take out the bound waste newspaper without pulling it out from the box, the four-side frame 13 of the box are detached and pulled out from a bottom plate 16, and pulled out. For this purpose, a four-side frame stabilizing plate 18 is provided, and wheels 20 are further attached to the four-side frame stabilizing plate so as to be able to easily operate a waste newspaper processing operation by hand work in a short time.
